safety assessment technology

1. "Three simultaneous performances" safety assessment of construction projects

According to the requirements of the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China", construction projects related to mining, metal smelting and the production, storage and handling of hazardous substance should undergo safety assessment in accordance with relevant national regulations. The company has grade A safety assessment qualification (APJ-(country)-118), and its main business range covers petrochemical industry, onshore oil, natural gas exploitation, pipeline transportation industry and port terminals. Since 2002, more than 100 construction projects have been completed ' three simultaneous performances ' safety assessment, including more than 20 domestic ten million tons of oil refining and million tons of ethylene project.

2. Safety assessment in operation and major hazard assessment

With excellent talent team, professional technical services, strong platform support and abundant expert database resources, the company has successively provided safety assessment in operation and major hazard assessment services for many large petrochemical enterprises such as CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC and SINOCHEM, also completed a number of overseas projects.

3. Quantitative risk analysis of petrochemical enterprises

Quantitative risk analysis of petrochemical enterprises (QRA) is an important technique for quantitative risk assessment. For the purpose of realizing engineering and system safety, this method applies the principle and method of safety system engineering, analyzes the failure probability and failure consequence of system or equipment, and characterizes the risk as the product of accident probability and accident consequence, so as to quantitatively describe the risk of major hazard sources. Quantitative risk assessment is mainly aimed at quantitative assessment of risks such as leakage, diffusion, fire, explosion and poisoning of hazardous chemicals.
